AMPUTEE SUPPORT ASSOCIATION

The A.S.A. membership is a group of concerned citizens who have experienced amputation, their significant others, and health care providers. The group meets to share experiences, to provide emotional support, educational programs, and social and recreational activities. These A.S.A. sessions provide an opportunity for sharing mutual problems and solutions as well as expressing feelings. Personal growth toward a more satisfying lifestyle with the ability to continue contributing to society is the focus of all programs.
